Education & Training:
• Advanced graduate degree and excellent academic record (e.g. Master, MBA, PhD etc)
• Educational background and experience in IT/OT, Security, and Architecture related frameworks in Enterprise environments

Experience:
• Ca 5 yrs. experience and proven extensive knowledge in the platform/solution as Architect in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with all elements of change, project, and agile management in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in developing project scoping and scaling deliverables
• Experience in all aspects of data management, including integration, data modelling and data quality management
• Experience in applying and maintaining information security standards, frameworks and controls
• Proven capability to work independently and manage multiple, competing demands
• Able to take high level requirements and develop solutions architecture with minimum supervision
• Strong relationship development with all primary and secondary stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong English verbal and written presentation skills
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, influencing, and storytelling
• Requirements management and development
• 3-5 years of experience with:
o Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD client management
o SCCM/MEM/MDM/MAM/Intune
o Windows 10/11 OS imaging/deployment with SCCM and/or Autopilot
o Application packaging and deployments methodologies in a Hybrid AzureAD environment
o M365 and Azure stack for endpoint services and management/reporting
o VDI technologies, focus on Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop and thin clients (eg. iGel)
o General enterprise grade client and collaboration (videoconferencing) hardware management
o BYOD/CYOD device deployment methodologies

IT Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
• User-level knowledge of ERP systems and domain-specific applications
• Experience with Architecture and Process Modelling and Management tools such as: Enterprise Architect, ArchiMate, Visio, etc.

Language:

• Spoken and written Polish (advantage)
• Fluent spoken and written English (must)
