Modern Device project engineer

Responsibilities:

• Participate in Modern Device move project
  • Run Proof of Concepts
  • Create and maintain design documents
  • Implement according to designs
  • Test solutions according to designs
  • Coordinate changes
  • Troubleshooting of new solutions
  • Handover to BAU

Technical Knowledge:

• 2-3 years experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune/AutoPilot)
• Microsoft technologies like Microsoft 365(Windows 1x), Azure Active Directory, Conditional access, Microsoft Defender
• Cloud services
• MacOS, iOS and Android
• End user devices: PC, mobile, tablet, VDI

 Other skills:

• Ability to work independently
• “Security mindset”
• “Hands-on” experience
• Operation of devices
• General infrastructure knowledge and their interdependencies
• Good communication skills in English both in oral and written form
• ITIL process knowledge

Nice to have, but not directly needed for the project:

• Special devices: mobile scanners, Hololens
• Print/scan solutions
• Create dashboards in PowerBI
• Remote assistance tools
